![]() the people pretending people can be cats or non binary are more delusional and crazy than those thinking the last election was stolen. a person thinking they are a cat isnt actually a cat. but the majorty of not crazy people should not be forced to pretend the crazy person isnt crazy. its fine if a crazy person feels better being a cat. These are just human beings who want to be happy and do not have any nefarious intentions. ![]() While I agree 100% in the protection of women's sports and am torn on the idea of a non-binary division, I urge you all to have a heart. ![]() They're truly happier, more productive people now. Of the handful of nonbinary or non-gender conforming individuals I know, most were able to arrive at that "place" after committing to therapy and self-help (that stemmed from a general, unidentifable unhappiness). I think the first place prize for the winner of the nonbinary division should be 10 free therapy sessions with a psychologist. Take your meds and be happy you can even run a marathon - some folks have disabilities / mental illnesses that are a lot worse than that. Just because you have a pony tail and think you're a unicorn doesn't mean you are one or that you should be paid for it. You want to run a marathon as a cat and have a special purse allocated to you and all four of your cat friends? Tough luck. You want to call yourself a lamp post? Fine. Would love to see coverage of these looney races abandoned entirely. Won't respect anyone who does - LRC included. As if the sport isn't already enough of a farce with all of the doping and corruption - just imagine adding a special mental illness tax on top of it. Give 'em an inch, and they ask for a mile indeed! That's why the conversation has to stop at first time of asking.
